Bottom line: excellent quality of work and customer service. These are good people who do great work. We wanted to close up our loft, add a window, and certify it as a bedroom. Jacob and his team were quick to respond to our inquiries, and worked with us every step of the way from initial survey, to material selection, to constriction. They did fantastic work and it's now impossible to tell that the new bedroom and loft weren't part of the original design. They even took care of every piece of permitting and documentation to certify the room, and having someone to handle the paperwork for you is a tremendous plus!The best part was their friendly professionalism. We have two toddlers and they took every effort to ensure their safety and comfort, even when it got loud and dirty. They added extra drop trays to catch falling materials, blocked off and secured everything to keep it from curious fingers, cleared everything with us to make sure it was safe, and were friendly and fun to have around. I think our kids enjoyed the build more than anyone else.The Forged Builds team inspire confidence in both themselves and their work. We will definitely be hiring them again when we're ready for our next project!

Jacob was honest and transparent about all costs throughout the process, and his level of communication with us was excellent. He returned texts and phone calls promptly and was happy to answer all of our questions. He provides a two year warranty on all labor, and connected us with other professionals who also did excellent and reasonably priced work.
