Those experiences shaped the way we see people, problems, and business. They taught us the value of resilience, discipline, clarity, and doing things the right way — especially in an industry where homeowners are often left dealing with vague pricing, unclear expectations, and too much guesswork.
We believe remodeling should feel more structured, more transparent, and more thought through from the start. Homeowners deserve better guidance, clearer conversations, and a process that makes sense before the work begins.
Forged Builds was built by two people from very different backgrounds who found common ground in the same belief: there had to be a better way to do this.
One path was shaped by hard setbacks, grit, and hard-earned perspective. The other by discipline, resilience, and a steady presence beyond his years. Different experiences and different strengths, but the same commitment to building something real.
What started during an uncertain time, through small jobs and real risk, grew into a shared vision for a company built on clarity, trust, and a better experience for the homeowner.

In 2019, we started our journey in El Paso focusing on transparency that didn't exist. We were asked to do a kitchen on the East side of El Paso and found our passion for designing the 2 rooms in a home with the most functionality,
By 2023 we had a shift to include full home renovations and in 2024 we realized our passion for Bathrooms & Kitchens.
